Hi my name is Dina.
Growing up, people always asked me what you want to be when you grow up? My answer to that was to be a teacher to primary aged children. I’ve always had a passion for children and was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity for a traineeship in Sydney. From there I completed my cert 3 in childcare. Prior to this I had worked with children as a teacher aid in NZ . Over the years I have come to build many relationships with children and their families, some which I have become life long-friends with. As a pacific islander you’re pretty much born with the gift of singing and dancing. So performing arts is nothing new to me, it’s also another passion that comes naturally. I sing for my church choir every Sunday which is something I love to do. So, what a perfect way to combine the best of both worlds by working for Jumparoo .
I’m looking forward to getting to know every one of your beautiful children, building a warm, friendly and trusting environment for them to learn about the world around us in fun and exciting ways.
